EFT Level 1 - a one day course Level One is the first step on a fascinating and self-powering journey towards freedom from physical and emotional issues. This
is foundation level for those who aspire to become an EFT practitioner. EFT Level 2 - a two day course Level Two is practitioner level and people who have attended a Level 1
workshop run by an approved AAMET trainer are eligible to do a Level 2
workshop. This level 2 course includes all of Gary Craig's required
elements for EFT practitioner status and is certified by the AAMET, the
world's leading EFT organisation (with sister organisations in many
countries).

It is now an AAMET requirement that Level 3 Practitioners having
completed a two day Training Course have Supervision either for two days
(12 hours) or a one to one session (6 hours). EFT Level 3 Practitioners
are also required to gain 30 hours of Continued Professional
Development (CPD) within the year and years to follow to maintain their
Level 3 status. You can go to AAMET for further information on the regulation requirements. Supervising and Mentoring Supervision is a must if we wish to continue to develop in our work with
EFT. On these days we are able to discuss any concerns we may have in
our professional EFT practise. These days help us learn new ways of
doing EFT from other people and keep pace with this fast moving cutting
edge energy psychology therapy.
Everybody is able to channel Reiki. You only need to be attuned to Reiki by a Reiki Master. Reiki courses are completely different to any other courses you
may have been on. On the Level One workshop you will learn how to
switch on Reiki healing energy at any time and in any place, for the
rest of your life. Level Two will greatly step up your healing
abilities and you will learn to do distance healing. Being attuned to Reiki will empower you to heal yourself on all levels,
and bring peace, and joy into your life. You will leave my workshops
with a warm Reiki smile in your heart. I have been practising Reiki since 2000 and teaching since 2005. I love to see ALL my Level One workshop students channel Reiki healing energy through their hands for the very first time. It is joy to behold! During both 1st degree and 2nd degree groups are kept small with a
maximum of 4 students ensuring my undivided attention. My students have
commented on how comfortable they feel being in a small group and have
left the workshops feeling confident in their ability to use Reiki both
professionally or otherwise. Reiki 3rd degree (Master) is a very special step to take in your life,
and is usually done on a one-to-one basis although it can be done with
more than one person if requested. Reiki 1st Degree (Shoden) - one day workshop with certificate This level is for self-healing and can be used on family and friends.
