What is EFT?

​​EFT was developed by Gary Craig from Dr. Roger Callahan’s (TFT) Thought Field Therapy.  It has its roots in ancient Chinese medicine and the modern sciences Applied Kinesiology and Neurophysiology.
EFTis a cutting edge therapy which can be described as an emotional form of acupuncture.  Like acupuncture, EFT works by impacting directly upon the body’s energy flow but instead of using needles we use our fingers to tap to stimulate the acupoints. 

We tune into the issue that is causing us emotional or physical pain and tap on the EFT points whilst saying a reminder phrase which keeps us focused on the issue at hand. The results can be astounding.

It is not uncommon for long-standing or chronic pain to be released entirely in less than half an hour.  Similarly, psychological pain such as anxiety, phobias, depression and addictions caused by traumatic incident or childhood memories can often be relieved fully in just a single session.
