What is Eden Energy Medicine?
Eden Energy Medicine is an unique and powerful synthesis of predominantly ancient eastern healing practices such as Acupuncture, Qi gong, Yoga and Kinesiology.
It was developed by legendary healer and clairvoyant, Donna Eden, based on her insights and firsthand experience of working with clients for over thirty years.
Eden Energy Medicine is used as a powerful stand alone health care system, self care system and as a complement to other medical systems. Its primary goal is to prevent illness before it begins.
Energy Medicine has been named the self-care and development path of the future, however, it empowers you NOW to adapt to the demands of 21st century and flourish within them.
How does Energy Medicine work?
At the centre of Energy Medicine is energy itself, the vital, dynamic life force that has a major influence on
our health and happiness.
The body is healed through activating its natural healing energies, and by strengthening energies which have become disrupted, weakened and out of balance, resulting in increased resilience and health, joy and vitality to the body, mind and spirit.
Energy Medicine can be applied to physical health conditions, mental and emotional disturbances, along with enhancing peak performance and optimum health and well-being.
To overcome illness and maintain vibrant health the body's energies needs to move and have space to move.
They also need to move in specific patterns and cross over at all levels from the micro level of the double helix of DNA, to the left side of the brain that controls the right side of the body, and right side of the brain that controls the left side of the body.
Toxins, stress, muscular tension, lack of exercise, other people's energies, as well as the
electromagnetic fields from computers, mobile phones, wifis etc. can block and scramble our body's energies. Furthermore, prolonged stress and other conditions can effect the natural balance of the body's energy systems keeping them stuck in survival mode and unable to flow naturally.
Do Energy Medicine Practitioners diagnose?
Certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioners do not diagnose and treat disease, instead, they are trained to assess how each individual's energies are flowing and correct any energy disturbances.
By balancing the body's energies and getting them into a good flow, harmony and balance, the body's chemistry is balanced, hormones are regulated, resulting in better health and well-being and clearer thinking. In a body which is not healthy, corresponding disturbances can be identified by a qualified practitioner and treated with a variety of non-invasive techniques.
What happens during an Energy Medicine session?
During an Energy Medicine session, the person's overall energy system is strengthened and balanced before particular health issues are focused on, in order to prepare and create the best possible environment for healing to take place.
Importantly, each person's energy is totally unique, and therefore, sessions are designed around the needs of the individual and their particular health complaint. The person remains fully dressed during a session.
At the end of an Energy Medicine session you will be given exercises to do related to the work done during the session, as well as other exercises from the 'Daily Energy Routine' which was designed by Donna Eden, as a self-care routine that everybody can do at home. Practiced everyday, these exercises help break unhelpful energetic habits and build new, healthy habits and keep everything flowing nicely between sessions with your practitioner or, as just part of your own self-care routine.
